In addition to the SLE certification, Sobha One has earned the Whole Life Carbon badge, recognising its low-carbon development and environmentally responsible design.

The Green Mark certification, a global benchmark for sustainability, evaluates projects based on resilience, whole life carbon, health and wellbeing, intelligence, and maintainability. Sobha One’s innovative design boasts a 60% energy saving compared to 2005 standards.
