Fahad Al Tomaihy of State Properties General Authority on the transition in KSA's Real Estate Sector

Saudi Arabia established the State Properties General Authority to utilise the state's lands and real estate for development, and to develop solutions in instances of overlapping private and public properties; and streamline process in instances of lack of ownership titles for some properties located within the scope of state projects. The SPGA is one of the bodies monitoring the rapid scale of developments in Jeddah, Makkah and other cities across Saudi Arabia. Eng.
