First Operations Head, Burj Khalifa: One of his standout assignments was as the very first operations director for the iconic Burj Khalifa. In that role, he oversaw the transition from construction to operations, mobilised facility services across a mixed-use superstructure (residential, retail, leisure), and introduced innovations such as the “Project Birth Certificate” approach—an early example of asset lifecycle documentation.

Imdaad Leadership: He has served in senior roles at Imdaad, one of Dubai’s leading facility management and sustainability services firms. Notably, he held the position of Senior Executive Director, FMS, and earlier acted as COO overseeing operations across strategic assets in the UAE.

Academia & Administration: In March 2024, he was appointed Acting Vice Chancellor – Finance and Administration at the American University of Sharjah. This position allows him to bring operational and asset management insight into the higher education context.
