Emaar selects SSH for Dubai's Creek Beach District project

SSH has been chosen to work as lead consultant at Creek Beach District, which is being jointly developed by Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding at the Dubai Creek Harbour megaproject's site. The company will deliver architecture; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP); and structures and public realm coordination services for the project.

Built in two phases covering a gross floor area of 34.4ha, Creek Beach District will house a variety of residential units. SSH said the project would be an “integral link" between the district's Calatrava-designed Dubai Creek Tower & Plaza, and Creek Island Dubai projects.

It was announced in February 2018 that design development programme for Dubai Creek Tower had been completed. BMT, an international design, engineering and risk management consultancy, announced that it had taken the Emaar Properties project "to 100% design development".
