Nominations for the first edition of Smart Built Environment Awards (SBEA) organised by CM today magazine are now open. The SBEA 2021 will be held on September 8, in Dubai.

The ‘Smart Built Environment Awards’ is a celebration of success in the business of Property Management, Community Management, Facilities Management, and PropTech. This one-of-a-kind event aims to reward outstanding individuals and companies for their work that have demonstrated leadership and innovation in their respective fields and have significantly contributed towards the sustainability of a building. 

Thus, the awards will provide a benchmark for performance and professional credibility that can drive sustainable growth in the region. The awards will be judged by a panel of prominent and respected experts, advocates, and spokespeople in the industry. 

The first edition will have 20 categories across the 4 verticals including individual awards like ‘Industry Personality of the Year’, ‘Woman in Leadership of the Year’, and ‘Next-Gen Personality of the Year’.
