Owners Can Say Goodbye to Soaring Service Costs with GAIN

Sam Issa, Co-Founder and Managing Director, GAIN Online Community

New property concierge service GAIN is a game-changer in the UAE real estate industry, bringing owners, investors, vendors, and tenants to a unified platform providing savings towards service charges and living expenses.

In today’s high-stakes real estate market, stakeholders from across the ecosystem are doing their best to save on costs and grow their investments. As service charges continue to increase, property owners struggle to make payments while rents are continuing to fall. Rather than focusing on ways to reduce cost of maintenance and operation, one company has created an environment where all those involved stand to GAIN additional source of income.

The platform and online app community, appropriately called GAIN, was founded late last year by a group of UAE-based investors and is managed by Sam Issa and has already gained incredible traction in the real estate industry. Directly addressing the problem of rising building costs and service charges, GAIN Online Community connects property owners, tenants, and local vendors on a unified platform that monetizes the purchasing power of occupants of the building itself through in-app purchases on goods and services by the occupants for all their daily needs.

GAIN works by rewarding owners with cashback on every purchase. Real estate investors both as owners’ occupiers, and landlords can receive this cashback on purchases made through GAIN and use it towards payment of their service charges and operational costs.

Tenants and their family members receive additional discounts on every purchase and can put their savings toward their living expenses such as rent. In short, everyone stands to GAIN.

“We created GAIN so that all stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem can connect in a more personal way and benefit together. We wanted to break the traditional cycle of higher maintenance costs and service charges leading to higher rents and higher stress for everyone involved. Today, everyone is looking to save money, and if we work together, we can all GAIN,” explains Sam Issa, Co-Founder and Managing Director, GAIN Online Community.

And GAIN has already made notable gains in the industry. At launch, the app already boasts a potential userbase of nearly 60,000 community members occupying around 28,500 offices, apartments, and villas. GAIN already covers Dubai, and Ras Al Khaimah and aims to add 66,000 new units to their portfolio by the end of the year.

GAIN is a private member’s platform where owners and tenants are invited to join by their building management company.
