Masakin Al Furjan (MAF) is a residential community located near Ibn Battuta shopping mall with 335 apartments of one, two and three bedrooms, split between 7 buildings. Al Bonian FM has worked on the contract for integrated facilities management services for the development since late 2017, delivering hard and soft services.
Just last week, Nakheel Community Management (NCM) renewed its trust in Al Bonian FM to look after the facilities for another 3 years, until late 2024. NCM re-tendered the contract for MAF as the contract was expiring and the company managed to submit a favorable commercial and technical bid once again.
Tony Martin, Al Bonian FM’s CEO, said that, “the renewal comes as a recognition of the tireless efforts by our team to maintain Nakheel’s assets in the best shape. The Level of Service required for this contract comes with high expectations and is monitored closely by Nakheel. We thank Nakheel for their trust in Al Bonian FM’s capability of delivering performance based contracts to the highest FM standards."
