Al-Futtaim Engineering and Technologies (AFET), part of Al-Futtaim Group, has been awarded a one year contract to provide HVAC Maintenance contract for Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities Department (IACAD). Owning to excellent relationship and top notch performance in current projects with the IACAD, AFET will be managing AC system in eight additional departmental buildings.
Murali Serpakkam, the Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Engineering & Technologies (AFET) said, “IACAD is an important government entity in the UAE and we are truly honoured to be associated with them. We are now contracted to maintain their AC systems for eight new buildings. With this, we aim to be the leaders in the FM space and use our expertise across other government clients.’’
