Concordia launches events division

With many communities, high-rise towers and facilities under its management, Concordia announces the formal launch of its Events Management Services which complements the company’s growth strategy.

To manage these services, Concordia is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Amrrita S Jhamm to their team. Amrrita, an events management expert, has extensive background in planning, organizing and implementing community events, MICE, Product/Service launches and CSR related activities on behalf of both local and multi-national clients.

Since Concordia’s inception, its Events Management team has worked in parallel to complement its Integrated Facility Management offering. Over the years, Concordia has actively organized and supported a vast variety of events and activations for its clients within the communities they manage. Furthermore, a retailer or a corporate office now has a vehicle from which they can target a captive audience living or working within these communities. Varying from family and children’s entertainment, sports and health activities, to flea markets and outdoor cinemas, retail/F & B outlet launches, product launches, advertisement et al, Concordia is notably unique by providing such services within the IFM arena.

“Integrated Facility Management is all about looking after clients’ and community’s assets. At Concordia we take Facility Management many steps further with our Events Management Services - we bring community members together, we create memorable moments through events and create a lasting bond amongst community members. This leads to forming the true sense of community that goes beyond its assets by creating desirable destinations to work and live in. What such activities also do is that they provide alternative revenue streams for larger communities that, in turn, help in reducing services charges to the occupiers and developers. Events revenue could become a source of income to re-invest in the community’s upkeep and improvements,” says Tamer Bishay, Business Development & Marketing Manager, Concordia.

With the expansion of the Events portfolio, Concordia has continuously demonstrated its versatility to meet client expectations and expand its market presence. Established in 2007, Concordia offers efficient and reliable integrated facility management services to over 45,000,000 square feet of assets. Supported by technology, innovation and expertise, Concordia self-delivers an array of services to its clients and partners.
