Ejadah’s FM arm wins the Deira Waterfront Properties contract
 

Ejadah’s Facilities Management arm Idama is delighted to have been awarded, the Deira Waterfront project by leading Dubai Property Developer, Ithra Dubai, on a multi-year contract, for handling the operations and maintenance of the inspirational Deira re-juvenation project Deira Waterfront Properties (DWP). The appointment is for the first stage completions and establishes Idama as a single point of responsibility for managing and delivering facilities’ management services that include Transition & Handover Management, DLP Management, MEP System Maintenance, Building & Fabric Management, Soft services such as cleaning and janitorial services Pest Control Services, Management of Specialized System Maintenance, 24 Hours Help Desk and Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM).

Idama, the leading facilities’ management solutions provider, currently manages more than 62 million square feet of development in Dubai, serving some of the most prominent landmark developments in the UAE. Despite the current globally business-challenging times, Idama sustains its expansion efforts and succeeds in staying ahead of the game, thanks to its high level of agility and responsiveness with effective measures to handle the demands of the current circumstances.   

Deira is the vibrant cornerstone of Dubai’s trading legacy. A place rich in culture and overflowing with history, the DWP transformation project is a tribute to the tradition of trade in the area. The project awarded to Idama is the Diera Waterfront Properties, which encompasses a mixed-use development located at Al Corniche, Deira, Dubai.

The development features hospitality, residential, retail and office establishments, together with all the supporting amenities and infrastructure. It additionally hosts a diverse range of food and beverages outlets to serve its customers and visitors.
