Eltizam Asset Management Group, the leading physical asset management company in the Middle East, has announced that it has started its internship program as part of its commitment to support the economic development of the UAE.

The semester-long internship program is part of Eltizam’s Get Wonky corporate culture, a business enhancement framework designed to amplify customer experience, workforce performance, and sustained revenue growth.

While the internship program is open to all nationalities, there is a particular focus on fostering young Emirati talent, in line with its commitment to empower local sectors and the UAE government’s Emiratization efforts.

As part of the program, the interns will get hands-on experience and exposure while working with experts in the field, learning business strategies and communication skills.

All subsidiaries under the Eltizam group, including Three60 Communities, Tafawuq Facilities Management, Omnius, 800TEK, Fixis and OrionTEK, are all involved in this program.

For instance, Three60 Communities will offer on-ground experience with community managers, working on residence welfare, customer satisfaction, homeowners’ associations, community events, and face-to-face engagement with residents.

Roberts concluded, “we believe that identifying and nurturing young talent will drive the development for any organization. Through this internship program, we aim to support the youth residing in the UAE, to learn from different aspects under asset management and grow a strong career leading to the country’s development.”
