Emrill further expands with the launch of fit-out division

Integrated facilities management services provider, Emrill, has launched Emrill Interiors. The new division will offer fit-out, design and refurbishment works to existing and new clients in the UAE. Emrill Interiors is headquartered in Dubai and is the latest offering by Emrill in line with the company’s strategic expansion plans, which saw the FM giant launch Emrill Consultancy (EMCO) earlier in 2021.

Emrill Interiors offers a full range of bespoke fit-out contracting services to its clients, providing all trades required to successfully deliver projects in a competent manner.

Stuart Harrison, Emrill’s CEO, explained the company’s decision to launch the new interiors division, “Expanding our comprehensive range of services to include fit-out, design and refurbishment works was a natural evolution for the business. Traditionally, Emrill has become involved in projects late in the construction phase or after they have launched. With the launch of EMCO this year, the business is taking a more active role in the pre-construction and construction stages of projects. Emrill Interiors builds upon this, enabling us to work closely with our clients to assist them in creating their vision and building it into reality.”

Emrill Interiors services a diverse range of sectors, expanding on the suite of facilities management services already offered by Emrill, including residential communities, commercial workplaces, hotels, hospitals and clinics, food and beverage outlets, retail outlets and malls.

Emrill has appointed Gavin Sweeney to the role of operations manager for the newly launched division. Sweeney has two decades of experience in fit-out and refurbishment works. In his new role, he will be responsible for growing Emrill Interiors and ensuring the new business unit maintains the high-quality standards Emrill has built a reputation for in the market.

Sweeney said, “Emrill Interiors shares the same core values as Emrill and, as such, the team is committed to delivery — that means providing high-quality services on time and within budgets. This is made possible through our valued partnerships not only with our clients but also throughout every division of Emrill and across our supply chain.

“I’m excited to take on this new role and I am looking forward to growing the Emrill Interiors business. There is a significant requirement for quality fit-out across all sectors and an increasing demand for refurbishment in the region. I am confident we have the right expertise to deliver unrivalled services to our clients who are looking to create highly functional spaces that achieve desirable returns on investment.”
