Macro Technical Services (MTS), a part of facilities management (FM) company Macro, has been awarded a deal to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services in Dubai. Global law firm Pinsent Mason has awarded MTS the MEP maintenance services contract. Pinsent Masons's Dubai office spans 1,625sqm (17,500 sqf) across the city's The Offices 1, One Central tower.
A company statement revealed that Macro has also renewed two contracts with its clients in the city – Autodesk and Paradiso Holiday Homes Rental. For the former, MTS will continue to provide MEP services at the software giant's offices in Dubai Media City’s Office Park Building A. Furthermore, as part of the extended MEP and cleaning contract with Paradiso Holiday Homes Rental, MTS will serve 24 suites across two floors in Dubai Marina’s Dorrabay building.
