Musanadah Partners with CoolPlanet to Drive Energy Efficiency and Sustainability in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain

Musanadah, a prominent Saudi-based facilities management company and a subsidiary of Alturki Holding, has entered an exclusive partnership with CoolPlanet, an Ireland-headquartered leader in energy efficiency and decarbonisation.

The collaboration was formalised during a signing ceremony at the Irish Embassy in Riyadh, reflecting a shared commitment to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the Saudi Green Initiative.

A Strategic Alliance for Sustainability

Under this partnership, Musanadah has established a new division, Musanadah Energy and Sustainability Services, leveraging CoolPlanet’s global engineering expertise.

The initiative aims to provide advanced energy and sustainability solutions across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, helping clients reduce carbon emissions, optimise energy usage, and achieve financial savings.

Technological Edge

Musanadah, certified as an energy services company (ESCO) by the Saudi Energy Efficiency Centre, is equipped with licences for industrial energy auditing and energy services. Its technical capabilities include comprehensive decarbonisation and energy optimisation for assets like megaprojects, industrial facilities, and oil and gas plants.

Using data-driven insights, the company delivers real-time monitoring to ensure measurable energy savings and environmental impact reduction.

CoolPlanet brings its proprietary Net Zero Glidepath platform, enabling clients to chart their journey to net zero emissions. The tool integrates data from plant operations to board-level dashboards, providing clear pathways to sustainability goals.

Rami Alturki, President & CEO of Alturki Holding, emphasised the significance of the partnership: "This collaboration underlines our commitment to environmental targets while delivering innovative solutions for our clients."

CoolPlanet Chairman Norman Crowley noted: "This partnership represents a pivotal step in advancing Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and setting benchmarks for sustainability."

Supporting Regional Sustainability Goals

The collaboration comes as sustainability gains momentum in the Gulf, with organisations striving to meet ambitious environmental targets. Musanadah’s local expertise, combined with CoolPlanet’s global know-how, positions the partnership to drive impactful change in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

By offering end-to-end solutions, the partnership enables businesses to realise energy savings, reduce operational costs, and contribute to the region's sustainability objectives.
