Emrill, the leading Facilities Management provider in the UAE, today announced the signing of a one year facilities management contract for 23 Marina Residences. Counted as one among the world’s four tallest residential towers, 23 Marina Residences was completed in 2012, rising to 380 metres with 90 floors. Jason Ruehland, Managing Director, Emrill said, “We are delighted to be given the responsibility of managing the magnificent 23 Marina Residences. It is a unique and prestigious development in Dubai. Emrill is providing integrated facilities management services to 23 Marina Residences, which includes building services maintenance, common area cleaning, 24-hour security, concierge, gym attendant, lifeguard services and swimming pool maintenance services. The 23 Marina Residences boasts 289 luxurious apartments, three communal swimming pools including a children’s pool, 54 duplex swimming pools, a health club, a gymnasium, on-site coffee shop, landscaped gardens with a jogging track and a business center.
