Dubai’s Mansions OAM Adopts Facilio’s Connected CAFM to Modernise Community Management

In a significant move to enhance community management, Mansions Owners Association Management (OAM), a premier provider of jointly owned property services in Dubai, has partnered with Facilio, a global leader in property operations and maintenance software.

The company has deployed Facilio’s Connected CAFM platform in 20 premium residential communities across the city to modernise management practices, standardise operational processes, and elevate residents’ living experiences.

Since its founding in 2013, Mansions OAM has built a strong reputation by blending global best practices with local expertise, managing a diverse portfolio from luxury high-rises to villa communities. The new CAFM system will enable the firm to digitise maintenance processes, leverage real-time data for improved transparency, and implement smart maintenance features that reduce costs and extend asset longevity.

“We selected Facilio because their Connected CAFM platform streamlines operations, improves cost efficiency, and transforms community management,” said Alexander Karabet, Managing Director of Mansions OAM. “Our goal is to offer a fully digital experience that enhances ownership value, safety, and quality of life.”

Prabhu Ramachandran, CEO of Facilio, added, “Residential communities now demand more than basic standards—they expect safety, sustainability, and adaptability. We are excited to support Mansions in driving business growth and operational excellence through our advanced cloud technology.”

With this initiative, Mansions OAM aims to:

• Digitise and standardise maintenance operations for improved visibility and control.
• Enhance transparency through real-time data analytics.
• Optimize maintenance practices with proactive, smart features.
• Deliver seamless, proactive services to boost resident satisfaction.

The partnership underscores a strategic commitment to innovation and sustainability in Dubai’s evolving built environment.
