Aldar, a leading UAE real estate developer, has announced the launch of Abu Dhabi's inaugural Mandarin Oriental Residences, set within the prestigious Saadiyat Cultural District.

The 226 bespoke residences, designed by renowned architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group, will be managed by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Sales are scheduled to commence on November 21, 2024.

These exclusive residences are poised to become some of the region’s most desirable homes, offering views of the iconic Zayed National Museum and proximity to Saadiyat’s cultural landmarks and pristine beaches.

Interior designer Lillian Wu has curated rich, inviting spaces using natural materials, with each residence featuring luxurious touches such as grand chandeliers, natural marble finishes, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The residences also include spacious living areas, elegant kitchens, and tranquil master suites with private terraces.

Residents will enjoy Mandarin Oriental’s signature amenities, including a wellness centre with holistic treatments, a state-of-the-art gym, a beauty bar, and the renowned Mandarin Oriental Cake Shop.

Social spaces include a chic residents' lounge, private dining room, games room, theatre, and an elegant library, offering relaxation and entertainment within a sophisticated setting.

Jonathan Emery, CEO of Aldar Development, remarked that the residences combine luxury living with access to Abu Dhabi's premier cultural landmarks, appealing to both local and international buyers seeking a prestigious address in the capital.
