BEYOND Developments has announced the launch of Orise, its second project within the master-planned Dubai Maritime City (DMC) development. This follows the sell-out of its first project, Saria. The new development reflects the company’s focus on waterfront living and urban connectivity.

Larger units include two- and three-bedroom chalets (2,023–2,475 sq ft), penthouses (5,486 sq ft), and premium signature units averaging 3,114 sq ft.

Customisation and Amenities
Orise offers over 30 layout options, with buyers able to personalise finishes such as flooring, kitchens, and joinery. Residences feature angled floor plates for privacy and optimised views.
