Dubai South Properties Announces Sell-Out of South Living Tower

Dubai South Properties has confirmed the complete sell-out of its South Living Tower, a luxury apartment development located in The Residential District of Dubai South. Construction on the project began earlier this year, following the appointment of the main contractor in September. The development is scheduled for completion by the first quarter of 2027.

South Living Tower will feature 209 spacious units, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as terraced units designed to blend indoor and outdoor living. Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool with a deck area, a modern gymnasium, a sauna, a multi-purpose room, a yoga deck, a kids' library, a barbecue area, gazebo seating, and elevated landscaped gardens.

Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, commented:
"Since its launch, South Living Tower has attracted significant interest from buyers. This demand is driven by the need for spacious living options in Dubai South, the project’s contemporary amenities, its prime location, and the area’s future growth potential. We are committed to delivering high-quality developments that align with our clients’ needs and the government’s vision to bring one million residents to Dubai South upon the completion of Al Maktoum International Airport."

The Residential District at Dubai South is already home to over 25,000 residents who benefit from a unique lifestyle and a range of conveniences. The area features public parks, sports courts, retail shops, a 50,000-square-foot hypermarket, a mosque, a petrol station, and a public bus service connecting the district to the Expo Metro station.

Further enhancing its community appeal, the GEMS Founders School at Dubai South opened its doors in August, pending approval from the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA). The district also includes several gated communities with apartments and townhouses, contributing to its popularity as a residential hub.
