Elysian Developments Unveils Esmé Beach Residences Valued at AED 370 million

Elysian Developments has marked its entry into Dubai’s real estate sector with the launch of its first project, Esmé Beach Residences, valued at AED 370 million. The development is located on Island A of Dubai Islands and focuses on well-being, functionality, and modern design principles.

The project spans 266,000 square feet and includes 109 one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, alongside 23,000 square feet of amenities. Its location offers a balance of tranquillity and connectivity, benefiting from the growing infrastructure of Dubai Islands and proximity to Downtown Dubai.

Esmé Beach Residences reflects nearly two decades of Elysian Developments’ market experience and commitment to aligning with Dubai’s urban development goals. The project incorporates natural finishes, smart home features, and amenities such as saunas, cold plunges, a rooftop lap pool, fitness areas, and family-friendly spaces.

Co-founder Masood Naseeb stated, “Esmé Beach Residences is more than a debut project—it’s a testament to our vision of creating communities that prioritise well-being while delivering long-term value.”

Elysian Developments has partnered with design firm Conway and Partners to craft a brand ethos centred on “Design for Well-Being.” Co-founder Noman Mahmood added, “The focus on well-being reflects customer demand for a holistic lifestyle and aligns with the Dubai 2040 Master Plan’s priorities for open spaces and active living.”

The launch event took place at Emirates Towers, attracting industry professionals and media. With plans to introduce projects worth AED 1 billion in 2025, Elysian Developments aims to establish itself as a key player in Dubai’s property market.

The Sheikh Zayed Road Sales Center showcases the project’s premium finishes and materials, offering prospective buyers a glimpse into the company’s design philosophy.

Esmé Beach Residences underscores Elysian Developments’ goal of creating contemporary living spaces while contributing to Dubai’s vision for sustainable and innovative urban development.
