Green Horizon has awarded the main construction contract for its AED 170 million Meriden Beach Residences to Strong Walls Construction, marking a significant milestone in the delivery of the boutique island development situated on Dubai Islands.

The appointment coincides with the project's groundbreaking ceremony, held at the development site, officially commencing construction of the 63-residence community that is set to bring a new standard of boutique coastal living to one of Dubai's fastest-growing island destinations.

Meriden Beach Residences is a low-rise residential development comprising 63 premium one, two and three bedroom apartments, designed around Mediterranean-inspired architecture, expansive terraces and panoramic sea views. The project combines bespoke European finishes, branded appliances and wellness-focused amenities to create a contemporary island lifestyle for residents.

The appointment of Strong Walls reflects Green Horizon's commitment to partnering with experienced contractors that share its focus on quality, craftsmanship and timely delivery.
