Abu Dhabi developer Modon has released the final phase of Tara Park, its integrated residential community on Reem Island, completing a development that will deliver 834 apartments across six interconnected towers.
The launch follows strong demand for the project's first phase and marks the conclusion of one of the capital's most closely watched residential offerings.
A Central Location with Strong Connectivity
Tara Park's final phase benefits from a strategic position close to two of the main bridges onto Reem Island, placing residents within easy reach of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), The Galleria Mall, Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, and Repton School. The development will also be directly connected to Reem Mall, further strengthening its credentials as a fully integrated urban address.
The project is open to buyers of all nationalities as a freehold development, broadening its appeal to both local residents and international investors looking for quality assets in Abu Dhabi's expanding residential market.
Flexible Payment Plan to Widen Homeownership Access
In a move designed to respond to evolving market needs, Modon has introduced a 40/60 payment plan for the final phase. Under the structure, buyers pay 5% in 2026, followed by 10% annually in 2027, 2028 and 2029, with the remaining balance due on completion. The plan is intended to lower the entry threshold for first-time buyers while offering investors a manageable path into one of Abu Dhabi's most established growth corridors.
Six Towers, One Integrated Community
The completed Tara Park development comprises six residential towers linked by a shared podium that houses nurseries, co-working spaces, and retail outlets — creating a self-contained community environment designed around convenience and daily practicality. Apartments are available in one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations, catering to individuals, young professionals, growing families, and investors.
The interconnected podium serves as the social core of the project, encouraging interaction between residents and fostering a sense of belonging that Modon describes as central to its people-first approach to development.
Wellness Built Into Daily Life
Tara Park has been designed with active living as a foundational principle rather than an afterthought. The development includes a 527-metre running and walking track, fully equipped gyms, yoga studios, swimming pools, and padel courts — a suite of amenities that positions the project firmly within the growing demand for wellness-integrated residential communities across the UAE.
Responding to Market Momentum
The final phase release comes on the back of a well-received first phase, with Modon citing continued buyer confidence in well-located, lifestyle-driven communities. Abu Dhabi's residential market has seen sustained interest from both end-users and investors, particularly in developments that combine central access, long-term liveability, and a clearly defined community identity. Tara Park, Modon argues, delivers on all three.
With the final phase now released, the project moves closer to becoming a fully realised community on one of Abu Dhabi's most dynamic islands.
