RAK Properties, the UAE’s leading property development and tourism infrastructure company, held a groundbreaking ceremony on the 6th of July for Gateway Residences II, RAK Properties’ latest waterfront addition to Hayat Island, Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah.
