Sweid & Sweid Awards AED 730 Million Sweid One Project to Dutco Construction

Sweid & Sweid has awarded Dutco Construction the contract to build Sweid One, a landmark AED 730 million Grade-A office development in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT).

The partnership leverages Dutco Construction’s extensive experience, having delivered iconic projects such as Dubai Mall, Box Park, and Marina Heights Tower. The two companies previously collaborated on the successful Visa Headquarters in Dubai Internet City.

A New Benchmark for JLT
Sweid One aims to redefine commercial office spaces in JLT.

"This project is a pivotal step for us, setting a new standard for office environments in the area," said Maher Sweid, Managing Partner of Sweid & Sweid. "Dutco Construction’s proven expertise assures us that Sweid One will meet the highest quality benchmarks."

Dutco Construction also expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration. “We are proud to partner again with Sweid & Sweid,” stated Nelson Gibb, Group CEO of Dutco Group. “Our team is fully prepared to deliver this ambitious project to the highest standards, efficiently and effectively.”

Premium Office Space with Modern Amenities
Sweid One will feature 500,000 square feet of premium office space designed to attract tenants seeking quality and convenience.

Unique food and beverage options will enhance the workplace environment, distinguishing the development from nearby projects.

To address parking issues in JLT, the project includes four underground parking levels covering the building’s entire footprint, along with a dedicated visitor parking structure.

Accessibility will also be a focus, with dual entry points from both sides of JLT and a shuttle bus service connecting the building to the metro station.

Progress and Timeline
Construction has already commenced, with the project scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Sweid One is poised to become a cornerstone of JLT’s commercial infrastructure, offering state-of-the-art office spaces and amenities tailored to the needs of modern businesses.
