Dar Global and The Trump Organization have officially launched the Trump International Hotel and Tower, Dubai—an 80‑storey, 350 m skyscraper at the gateway to Downtown Dubai.

This development marks the brand’s first Middle East hotel tower and Dar Global’s fifth collaboration with the Trump Organization.

Set to deliver panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and Arabian Sea, the development will feature ultra‑luxury hotel rooms, private residences crowned by sky‑pool penthouses, a members‑only club, and the world’s highest outdoor pool reserved for residents, reinforcing Dubai’s reputation as a global centre of high‑end real estate and hospitality.

Landmark Skyscraper Debut

Dar Global, the London‑listed luxury real estate developer, and The Trump Organization unveiled plans for Trump International Hotel and Tower, Dubai at the IPS 2025 Congress in Dubai.

This project represents the first and only Trump International Hotel and Tower in the Middle East—and the fifth Dar Global–Trump Organization partnership, following Trump Tower Jeddah and the Trump International Golf Club and Hotel in Oman’s AIDA development.

The tower comprises 80 floors of luxury hotel accommodations, private lounges, and world‑class amenities designed to meet the brand’s exacting standards.

Crowning the skyline, two duplex penthouses with private sky pools will emulate the iconic Trump Tower Penthouse in New York, complete with floor‑to‑ceiling windows framing Dubai’s skyline.

Exclusive Residential and Club Offerings

Residents will enjoy access to the globe’s highest outdoor pool, reserved exclusively for tower occupants, and a private members‑only club—The Trump—that delivers bespoke dining, wellness, and business‑class services behind controlled entry.

In addition to 1‑ to 3‑bedroom apartments, the tower will feature four‑bedroom duplex penthouses, each reflecting bespoke finishes and smart‑home integration.
