Apart from UAE’s capital Abu Dhabi and the business hub Dubai, there is a lot of focus by the respective governments of various emirates in the NE & western region to improve tourism. This does activate a lot of destination projects which dictates the high quality of professional FM services. Centra CAFM is an intelligent CAFM software designed by Centra Hub, a subsidiary of Focus Softnet. We have also launched the “Centra Technician App” designed to meet the complaints management and has been integrated with our CAFM,” says Eng Ansari.
