Deyaar Community Management won the prestigious Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award in 2021, which was organized by the Abu Dhabi Chamber under the Service Sector.

“Post lockdown community engagements and wellness drives have enabled us to establish positive relationships with our customers and residents of communities. Via these engagements we have been able to grow customer loyalty and have increased word-of-mouth referrals where we have taken over the management of several communities based on recommendations,” he says.
Owners are actively encouraged to join Owners Committees and participate in community meetings where they can make decisions and provide their input on all community related matters. Our ongoing education for Committee Members includes Governing Documents, Roles & Responsibilities, Financial Management Professional Advisory Services, Service Providers and Community rules which every member needs to know to serve their Community effectively.
The 2022 impact
During 2021 Deyaar Community Management has automated all processes by onboarding cloud based, tailor made Oracle NETSUITE - an ERP solution that serves all internal and external Customer needs.
This project included ERP, CRM, Mobile App, and AI. There is a centralized app for improved customer communication which serves as a single point of contact for customers, who can be transferred to the appropriate personnel for assistance. In addition to the App a 24/7 Customer Care Centre, Community Concierge, and dedicated Community email addresses to provide our customers with their preferred method of communication.
For payment related transactions the system is fully integrated with Mollak the system used by Dubai Land Department for Community Management Transactions, DEYAAR COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT and automatically updates providing customers with a real time view of their account.
