Hamza Betraoui, Managing Director, Land Sterling, elaborates on the initiatives, key highlights, and the vision for the company in the coming year. 

COVID-19 Initiatives 

Although a challenging year, the pandemic gave scope for the company to innovate and build on their skill sets. We conducted many internal training and development sessions that resulted in better professionals’ performance.

As for initiatives towards health and safety, Land Sterling ensured that remote working was in place post the lockdown. At the same time, weekly sanitization of the workplace was conducted. And regular temperature checks and other safety precautions were conducted at all the facilities to prevent the virus from spreading.  

2020 Highlights

Land Sterling witnessed many highlights this year. Despite being the most unstable year, the company witnessed a 100% growth in revenue. They have successfully joined hands with ADIB across retail, commercial, and SME divisions. With a clear focus, they have been able to win consulting assignments worth AED 600,000 during the year 2020. Having retained key clients, the company has been able to establish new relationships with companies like Al Ghurair, Al Habtoor, Al Futtaim, etc

Vision 2021

A vision for the coming year is to become the top SME providing Real Estate consultancy throughout the Middle East. With a wealth of experience and knowledge, the management asserts the leadership for the whole company to move forward in the same direction. They aim to introduce new initiatives which will in turn evolve the services that they provide. They will continue the efficient training and development initiatives to encourage team members to be on top of the market requirements. The good work and effort put into 2020 have given them the solid foundation to propel into 2021.
