Buganda Prime Minister Visits Fakhruddin Properties’ Dubai Office

Fakhruddin Properties CEO, Yousuf Fakhruddin and COO Fatema Fakhruddin welcomed Owekitibwa Charles Peter Mayiga, Prime Minister of Buganda Kingdom, Uganda and several of his ministers to the company’s Dubai headquarters on September 15.

The visit marks a milestone in the long-standing relationship between Fakhruddin Properties and the Buganda Kingdom, further strengthening the bond between the company and the nation of Uganda.

Since entering the market in 2016 under the guidance of His Holiness Syedna Muffaddal Saifuddin, Fakhruddin Properties has delivered over 600 homes and introduced countless lifestyle innovations to communities.

In the Business Bay office, the Prime Minister was presented the company’s landmark developments – as well as its vision of crafting sustainable, wellness-driven living under flagship Treppan Living brand.

Speaking of Fakhruddin Properties’ commitment to enhancing Uganda’s housing landscape and creating sustainable communities, Charles Peter Mayiga said, “Today, I discovered something different about this company. Beyond real estate, I have witnessed a deep love of nature and the environment. I am fascinated by Yousuf Fakhruddin’s knowledge and commitment to sustainability; this is something that needs to be emulated worldwide, so that 200 years from today planet Earth is still habitable.”

“A good investor should care not only about profit, but also about humanity and the environment. Fakhruddin Properties embodies this philosophy, and thank them for supporting the Kingdom’s operations. I hope we can build an even stronger partnership going forward,” he added.

Beyond real estate, the company is engaged in corporate social responsibility, supporting community enrichment in Uganda and backing clean water initiatives which align with its vision for more sustainable living, guided by the three P’s — Planet, People, and Prosperity.
