Alex Davies Appointed CEO of Ejadah, Part of Dubai Holding

Ejadah, one of the UAE’s leading total community management companies and a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, has announced the appointment of Alex Davies as its new Chief Executive Officer.

In his new role, Davies will oversee the strategic direction and operational leadership of Idama Facilities Management, Arkan Security, and Shabaka Services, the three key business units under Ejadah’s umbrella.

Together, these entities form one of the most comprehensive and integrated service networks in the UAE’s built environment sector.

Announcing the news on LinkedIn, Davies shared his excitement about the new chapter, saying: “I’ve begun a new chapter as Chief Executive Officer of Ejadah, part of Dubai Holding — leading the Idama Facilities Management, Arkan Security, and Shabaka Services businesses. I’m deeply grateful for the trust placed in me and inspired by the almost 20,000-strong Ejadah team who deliver services that touch lives across the United Arab Emirates every day.”

Under Davies’ leadership, Ejadah is expected to continue building on its legacy of innovation, operational excellence, and client trust. With nearly 20,000 employees serving communities across the Emirates, the company remains one of the most significant players in shaping the UAE’s evolving built environment landscape.
