Concordia in Demand in 2023

Concordia announced that it has ended 2022 on a solid note, achieving numerous milestones for the year. The company saw growth of over 50% in sales compared to the previous year and pre-pandemic figures, with the highest quarter of sales in its history. Concordia also maintained complete staff retention and expanded its workforce by over 15% in the year's first quarter. Concordia has invested in state-of-the-art technology, mechanization, and automation to ensure the delivery of best-in-class services to its clients.

Winning new clients

Additionally, the company has maintained over 98% of its contracts and added many residential communities and commercial towers to its portfolio. It currently manages properties totalling more than 253 million sq. ft. across Dubai. Significant additions to its portfolio include Jumeirah Village Triangle Community, Jumeirah Islands Community, Discovery Gardens Community, Jumeirah Island townhouses, Midtown Community, Emirates NBD, and The Address Fountain Views, as well as contracts in the energy, security systems, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Employee well-being and welfare

Concordia is committed to the welfare of its employees and has developed multiple employee wellness and retention programs. The company made significant improvements to its staff accommodation, including providing brand-new, furnished living spaces with improved facilities and recreational opportunities. Other initiatives focused on employee welfare over the past year include an employee mental health program, breast cancer screening, men's health workshops, outdoor cinema on weekends, yoga workshops, Ramadan well-being kit distribution, and ongoing employee engagement events. Concordia also recognizes the efforts of its employees through appreciation events and rewards.

Expanding the brand offering

Concordia said it has expanded into new business lines and vertical markets. In addition to its traditional integrated facility management services, the company has launched Concordia On-Demand. This digital self-service platform provides services directly to residential and commercial occupiers. Concordia has also introduced end-to-end fit-out management services, complete project management services, and an event management division to broaden its scope of offerings. This expansion has allowed Concordia to grow its business and increased the overall knowledge base of the company's team, including new team members with expertise in the built environment.

2023 looks bright

Concordia's projections suggest a bright future for its business and the strategic direction of the UAE's leadership. In 2023, the company plans to continue its positive momentum with new client wins while focusing on high-quality service to its current clients.

To achieve its goals in the coming year, Concordia will continue to prioritize the well-being and development of its employees through enhanced training programs and employee welfare initiatives. This focus on its employees will help the company to deliver on and exceed clients' and customers' expectations. Concordia is excited about future opportunities and is committed to driving success for its employees, clients, and customers.
