Integrated facilities management provider Emrill has rebranded its Accommodation and Transport Department as Employee Experience and Support Services, reflecting its focus on enhancing the wellbeing and overall experience of its 12,000 employees.
The rebrand forms part of Emrill’s broader strategy to place employees at the centre of its operations. The newly launched division will deliver expanded services, including staff counselling, grievance and complaint handling processes, a welfare committee, and structured feedback channels.
As part of this initiative, Emrill has opened a new employee accommodation facility in Warsan, Dubai.
The gated community features a gym, swimming pool, sports courts, jogging track, and communal areas aimed at improving quality of life and fostering stronger connections among employees.
Stuart Harrison, CEO of Emrill, said the changes mark “an important milestone” in the company’s people-first strategy, underlining its commitment to providing an environment where staff are “supported, valued and empowered.”
The rebrand and accompanying upgrades have been positively received by employees, with senior village supervisor Syed Abrar Hussain noting that the new facilities have created “a more comfortable and supportive living environment.”
Emrill said the transformation reinforces its long-term approach to employee care and welfare, positioning the company as one of the UAE’s most people-focused FM providers.
