In a bid to encourage employees to be more environmentally conscious, facility management company High Power Services recently launched a company-wide initiative to turn waste into art.

The initiative led them to discover the talent of their employee Sudip Pariyar, who creates beautiful planters with plastic waste.

According to a statement released by the company, “Sudip has transformed plastic soda bottles into art pieces that can be reused as plant pots. Sometimes, he also adds a little filigree design to beautify the planter further.”

High Power Services regularly encourages employees to be innovative with sustainable ideas.

“At High Power Services, we strive to be as sustainable as possible in all we do. We believe that creativity is the key to finding new and innovative ways to be more sustainable. As a result, we urge our personnel to be as innovative as possible when it comes to sustainability ideas. We aim to do everything we can to set a path to a more sustainable future,” said Abdulla Bin Abed, CEO, High Power Services

The company is striving to reduce its carbon footprint and is encouraging workers to do so as well.

“We provide a variety of in-house sustainability programs and services to assist our staff in becoming more environmentally conscious. The planet will be much happier for it,” Abdulla said.

High Power Services is a Construction and Facility Management arm of Dubai Limited Investment (DLI) a holding company managing a diverse portfolio of services assets, and investments in the UAE.
