HITEK Empowering the path to net zero

The facilities management industry is increasingly relying on data and technology to optimise building operations and there is widespread adoption of technologies such as AI and IoT in buildings and facilities.

HITEK, a leading provider of Smart AI Technology solutions, has developed centralised and unified monitoring platforms that leverage AI to help businesses and industries achieve their business goals.

To achieve quality information and accurate data, HITEK has deployed smart technology across the entire process and value chain. HITEK's central platform collects data from various sources, such as sensors, meters, and other field devices, and then uses AI algorithms to analyse the data, identify patterns and produce corrective requests. This helps HITEK identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to reduce energy consumption and improve service delivery efficiency.

Hitek's AI-powered solutions enable predictive maintenance, automation, and control for the smooth operation of buildings and assets. For instance, in the event of AC malfunctioning, the smart IoT sensors send real time data where the platform alerts the FM Team in advance, providing them with information about the issue, the part of the asset that is not performing and what spare parts are required to fix the issue. This allows the technician to come prepared with the necessary tools and spare part to be replaced, ensuring that they can fix the problem on their first visit, reducing the need for multiple site visits.

HOW POWERTEK SUPPORTS NET ZERO

HITEK solutions are designed to cater to various industries, including real estate, hospitality, retail malls, residential buildings, etc to mention a few. For example, HITEK’s energy module, PowerTEK, is a complete solution for energy, waste, and carbon monitoring, providing businesses with visibility into consumption and performance from various sources, enabling them to identify energy leaks and find improvements to stay on track towards the net zero goal.

Developed in-house by HITEK engineers, PowerTEK is an AI and ML-based intelligent energy analytical platform, fed by live and historical data from IoT, BMS and even manual upload.

PowerTEK data visualisation capabilities enhance the usability of the solution, making it user-friendly for businesses and showcasing dynamic trends for analysing KPI measures. Additionally, it supports businesses by providing transparency on their carbon emissions and showcasing building energy performance.

“With energy efficiency being one of the top priorities for businesses today, HITEK's solutions ensure a significant reduction in energy consumption, usage, and carbon emissions while providing a comprehensive digital journey strategy for FM and Energy management,” said Javeria Aijaz, Managing Director of HITEK.

"I firmly believe that advanced digital tools coupled with a clear vision towards sustainability are crucial in shaping a Net Zero future. Our commitment to clean energy and sustainability drives us towards creating a better and greener world for future generations. Let's continue innovating and working towards a more sustainable future together," added Aijaz.

HITEK's AI based solutions help companies measure efficiency, reduce costs, and create valuable business intelligence that supports their sustainability strategy. With UAE's commitment to Net Zero by 2050, HITEK is playing a significant role in supporting organisations to achieve these goals and be part of a sustainable future. In conclusion, HITEK is proving that AI is no longer just about the future; it's happening now, making FM and energy management sustainable while ensuring businesses thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
