Khidmah, one of the region’s leading Facilities Management companies, has secured over 50 new contracts in 2022, reflecting an astounding growth of 430% in value.

The contracts encompass a variety of Facilities Management offerings across UAE and Saudi Arabia, including Total Facilities Management, Hard Services, Cleaning and Hospitality, as well as Lifeguard Services for clients in various industries, including residential, commercial, retail, government, education, defence, industrial, leisure and tourism.

Abdellatif Sfaxi, Chief Executive Officer at Khidmah, said, “In 2022, we were able to demonstrate our ability to deliver on Khidmah’s growth ambitions and strategy. Securing new multi-million-dirham contracts in one year highlights our clients' confidence in Khidmah's expertise to support the functionality, safety, and sustainability of their built environments of various sizes and across many industries, retaining more than 90% of its existing contracts.”

Sfaxi added, “Balancing between competitive pricing, great service, and bringing tangible value to our clients by using our knowledge and technological know-how continues to remain one of our greatest strengths, further reinforcing our market leadership.”

During the last 12 months, Khidmah has been contracted to provide Total Facilities Management services to Department of Education and Knowledge schools, Mirfa Bay by Modon Properties, multiple projects under Aldar Retail such as World Trade Centre Abu Dhabi, Yas Mall, Al Jimi Mall as well as Earth UAE, a subsidiary in the Platforms & Systems cluster of EDGE Group.
