The Smart Built Environment Awards (SBEA) 2025 concluded in grand style, celebrating the innovators, leaders, and changemakers shaping the future of the region’s real estate, construction, and facilities management sectors.

Organised by Built Environment ME magazine and Media Fusion, the evening recognised outstanding achievements across 26 categories, spotlighting sustainability, technology, design, and community excellence in the built environment.

Held before a full house of industry leaders, the awards night opened with a powerful message: “a smarter, greener tomorrow begins with collaboration.”

Marisha Singh, Editor of Built Environment ME, welcomed attendees with a heartfelt address, underscoring the publication’s mission to champion sustainable and future-ready practices.
