In a historic milestone for the real estate industry, Azizi Developments today launched sales for its flagship project, Burj Azizi – the world's second tallest tower at 725 meters.

The unveiling event, held at Dubai’s Coca Cola Arena on February 18, marked the realization of a long-cherished dream for Founder and Chairman Mirwais Azizi, noted the developer in its press release.

Over 15,000 guests attended the event, including government officials, investors, business leaders, diplomats, media representatives, and influencers. American superstar Jennifer Lopez headlined the celebration, adding star power to the occasion.

Following the event, a global sales launch is set to begin, with simultaneous unveilings in major cities such as Dubai (Conrad Hotel), Hong Kong (The Peninsula), London (The Dorchester), Mumbai (JW Marriott Juhu), Singapore (Marina Bay Sands), Sydney (Four Seasons Hotel), and Tokyo (Palace Hotel).

Commenting on the launch, Azizi said, "Burj Azizi is not just a building—it’s a generational project. We have overcome tremendous challenges to bring this dream to life, and its record-setting height and design excellence underscore Dubai’s leadership in engineering and architecture." He highlighted the tower’s prime location on Sheikh Zayed Road as a key aspect of its identity, symbolizing a lasting legacy for Dubai.

Scheduled for completion by 2028, the 131+ story tower will feature an integrated mix of residential, hotel, retail, and entertainment spaces.

The development will include an ultra-luxury mall with high-end fashion brands, opulent apartments with dedicated amenity floors offering facilities such as pools, spas, gyms, and cinemas, and ultra-luxury penthouses with exclusive lobbies. The uppermost levels will house an all-suite seven-star hotel inspired by seven cultural themes, featuring specialty restaurants—including an authentic Emirati dining experience—a luxury ballroom, and a beach club.

Burj Azizi is poised to set new world records with the highest observation deck, hotel lobby, nightclub, restaurant, and hotel room, along with a museum chronicling its evolution.
