An expert in building and maintaining workplace relationships, Shellei has learnt that mentorship can play a big role in personal and career development. As she has been in the industry for long, mentoring new aspirants in the industry is her way of giving back.
Throughout the course of her career, she has built several professional relationships and worked closely with the industry experts and local authorities and its local regulators.
The lessons she has learnt through these interactions has played a big role in developing her skills in dealing with entire clientele, be it owners, investors, residents, and other stake holders.
Ever willing to take on new roles, she has also excelled mostly as an events manager. She has been successful in organizing events with her team in communities to foster the feeling of well-being by celebrating holidays and special occasions. The company also relies on her in organizing the company’s team building events.

According to her, one of the main challenges of being a community manager is dealing with irate residents; however, with the willingness to listen to them, she says any problem can be solved.
