Accuracy, the global independent advisory firm, has appointed Sulaiman Alareadh as part of its senior team in the Middle East.
Sulaiman brings over 14 years of experience in the Middle East construction sector, including 11 years focused on commercial management, dispute resolution, and quantification of damages.
His expertise spans quantity surveying, damages valuation, disruption and variation claims, and the preparation of cost and prolongation claims on major infrastructure and energy projects.
Appointed as a quantum expert, he has testified before Dubai courts and supported international arbitrations and Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) proceedings. His project portfolio covers large-scale developments in power, oil, utilities, and mixed-use complexes across the GCC.
Sulaiman is a Saudi national and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Contracts and Construction Management.
He began his career as a site engineer on the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) project before moving into specialist quantum advisory roles. His time working with Saudi contractors gave him in-depth knowledge of tendering, procurement, contractual, and construction processes in Saudi Arabia.
His work across Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Greece, Qatar, India, and South Africa has also enabled him to operate eƯectively within multicultural teams and deliver evidence-based advice to clients worldwide.
Sulaiman’s appointment reinforces Accuracy’s global Project Advisory & Disputes team, further strengthening its capacity to deliver fact-driven, strategic solutions for the region’s most complex projects.
Juan Saez, partner at Accuracy, comments: “Sulaiman’s expertise in quantification of damages, combined with his language skills and hands-on experience of the Saudi and GCC construction sectors, is the perfect addition to further strengthen our team and support our clients on their most complex projects.”
