The year 2021 has been interesting with both local and international opportunities for Urbanise.
In the MENA region, the company completed customer rollouts across Strata and CAFM and secured new partnerships.
Internationally, the company increased its units under management and saw an increased uptake in combined solutions.

The 2022 impact
The Urbanise system is set up to fully automate banking the same way as it has integrated with the Mollak system. This cutting-edge innovation has paved the way for more robust productivity and efficiency not only on the operational level but also on the corporate and compliance level.
Using the latest technology, the company has also fully integrated its Facilities Management platform with the Owners Association platform.
“Our solution has also been enhanced with open API's that can integrate key data flows using industry-leading systems and customised in-house, client-specific mobile applications,” says Conrad.
“With much excitement and awaited anticipation, we are rolling out Urbanise Strata, an improved Strata management platform. This new platform offers more flexibility, automation and additional security and is sure to make Strata management tasks unequivocally effortless. Urbanise Strata boasts modern, state-of-the-art functionalities such as Google maps integration, multi-platform and browser support, and many more,” he says.
