An FM professional with more than ten years of experience in the industry, Waqar Ahmed perfectly embodies the spirit of Adeeb group: efficiency and quality of service.

Since 2010, he has served as the Senior Facilities Supervisor at Adeeb. 

An expert in HVAC systems and pump operations, he is a task-oriented person who strives to be a role model for all the employees with his hard work and presence of mind. He is known for solving problems quickly, efficiently and in the most cost effective manner.

When an emergency arises anywhere across Adeeb’s 625 sites in the UAE, it is he who organises the team to handle it immediately. He has played a significant role in solving numerous incidents and complaints at various buildings.

For our high-rise maintenance projects, we have encountered booster pump failures frequently because of frequent power cuts. Waqar provided an innovative solution for delaying the cutoff process in the control panel by fixing the timer, which led to a decrease in damages and a longer life for all of the equipment.

Also, he adopted the system of repairing busbars in Adeeb’s workshops instead of sending them to the manufacturer, preventing further delays in fixing the problem and providing the most cost-effective solution to our clients. 

Self -motivated and organised, he is involved in offering toolbox talk, site inspections, ensuring the PPM of the facilities, and maintaining documentation of offered services. 

He is an active and dedicated employee known for his professionalism and recognised  for his emergency preparedness. Numerous clients have conveyed their appreciation for his services. 

He has cultivated safe work practices among his workers, and his ability to work under pressure and deliver services in an efficient manner has played a huge role in keeping team members driven and motivated.
