BEEAH Expands Portfolio with Launch of Future-Ready Facilities Management Division

BEEAH, one of the Middle East’s foremost sustainability and innovation leaders, has announced the launch of a comprehensive Facilities Management (FM) division, further embedding its environmental expertise into the built environment.

The new line of services is designed to advance sustainable, net-zero-ready operations, supporting the transition of commercial, residential, and industrial assets toward more environmentally responsible performance.

According to reports by regional media outlets, the new FM offering combines BEEAH’s legacy in environmental excellence with cutting-edge technologies to deliver an integrated suite of services — spanning planned preventative maintenance, digital CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) platforms, advanced security infrastructure, specialised cleaning, and environmental management.

Speaking on the launch, Fahad Shehail, CEO of Environment at BEEAH, said the initiative reflects the company’s ongoing mission to deliver climate-smart and resilient solutions for the region’s cities and communities. “Our facilities management services are uniquely positioned to address the region’s most pressing challenges, which increasingly call for resilient, climate-smart solutions,” Shehail stated. “Each service in our portfolio has been tested and refined through BEEAH’s extensive experience managing waste at city scale, optimising infrastructure, and operating advanced recycling facilities. This new service line adds value to our partner cities and complements our long-standing success through Tandeef by BEEAH.”

The modular, end-to-end service structure allows clients to tailor solutions across five main categories: hard services, soft services, security, CAFM and helpdesk, and environmental management.

  • Hard Services: BEEAH will apply its expertise in asset lifecycle management to maintain HVAC, MEP, and safety systems through planned preventive maintenance and technical servicing.

  • Soft Services: The company’s eco-conscious cleaning and landscaping programs employ sustainable products and low-emission vehicles to reduce environmental impact.

  • Security Services: Digital surveillance systems, including smart sensors, CCTV networks, and control room integration, will enhance safety and operational oversight.

  • CAFM and Helpdesk: The integrated platform enables real-time monitoring, 24/7 support, and data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency.

  • Environmental Management: Drawing from its regional leadership in waste and recycling, BEEAH will oversee waste collection, recycling programs, and pest control for cleaner, circular communities.

Rafael Lopez, CEO of Tandeef by BEEAH, highlighted how the new services extend the company’s sustainability impact beyond waste management: “For over 15 years, we’ve led waste collection and city cleaning services across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt,” Lopez said.

“With the addition of facilities management, we’re helping partners move toward net zero by digitalising and future-proofing their assets using technologies already embedded in our own operations.”

Industry outlets report that BEEAH’s FM solutions will integrate AI, IoT, and cloud-based platforms, establishing a technology-driven foundation for energy-efficient and net-zero-ready facilities.

The company recently hosted a launch event and roadshow showcasing the new division’s capabilities to industry peers and partners, reaffirming BEEAH’s role as a catalyst for sustainable transformation across the built environment.
