Facaltaas maybe the new kid on the block but we pride ourselves with the immense experience, bringing in high standards into the market and raising the bar with our best practices.

And it is this confidence in our service delivery that we bagged two contracts in a short period of launching our company. It’s a proud moment to mention that the first agreement was signed between JOBOY (a market place app. company) and Facaltaas for providing Hard and Soft ondemand services to thousands of JOBOY App users.

Facaltaas, intends to provide maintenance service and make people's life easy and convenient. We realise the challenges that every home face on regular basis in getting skilled handyman at convenient time.

We intend to be UAE’s largest online home services service provider and provide our customers with the best experience from start to end, using state-of-the-art technology through our website and mobile app, easy to book services, secure online payments and on-demand quality services at their homes."

To provide efficient and expert service we have partnered with JOBOY On-demand home services company. JOBOY UAE is one stop solution for all home service needs. It’s a technology that connects residents to home maintenance, home appliance repairs, lifestyle, utility and other local professional service Partners through their web & mobile apps. Simultaneously, the second research partner agreement was signed with one of privilege association to prepare a market analysis report to be published in coming months.

We want to share with you the enthusiasm of our teams for the idea of working and entering into diverse operations unlike the usual market practice. We believe the objective of Facaltaas in coming years will be to work with a top-level clients with diverse business line which will develop a platform enabling us to multiply the marketing of our services offered, while maintaining our independence, our entrepreneurship and the values that have been, and continue to be successful.

Facaltaas is a key Service provider of Facility Management (Hard & Soft Services), Sustainability & Energy Management, On- Demand Maintenance services, FM Consultancy & Business Transformation services and Infrastructure Maintenance, we also design, implement and manage solar power system. We are also one among few companies who are certified with ISO 41001:2018 – Facility Management & ISO 50001:2018 – Energy Management. Our mission is to optimise the technical, financial and environmental performance of the energy facilities that we manage on behalf of the local authorities and businesses, who we count among our customers.

Facaltaas services include management of heating systems and energy and industrial fluid production facilities, energy plant engineering and maintenance services and technical services for commercial and industrial building operation.
