Almoosa Owners Association Management Services (AOAMS), a Dubai-based subsidiary of Salem Ahmad Almoosa Enterprises (SAAE), has announced that it has been awarded a community management contract for the KOA Canvas project located in Mohammed Bin Rashid city. The new partnership agreement is aimed at ensuring the delivery of a diverse set of comprehensive community management services (CMS) services to the brand new super-premium apartment community, which was developed and constructed using the most advanced design technologies.
Under the terms of the agreement, AOAMS will render the following services such as customer services, financial services, asset management, value added services, owners’ association service charges collection, and events management. The agreement proves to be both timely and strategic as AOAMS is currently offering community management services to master communities, residential towers, commercial towers and villa communities.
