The deal will see Exalogic implement its RealCube Homeowners’ Association (HOA) Management System with the goal of empowering VCM Community Management that governs Azizi’s flagship communities in Dubai. RealCube is billed as a cloud-based system that improves customer experiences through digitalising end-to-end property management functions, including registrations of owners and tenants, statement reviews, payments, booking amenities and registering community-related suggestions.

According to a statement, the platform will enable VCM to address inefficiencies in property management, and will guarantee hassle-free transactions and interactions. The system is said to be a one-stop solution to several common problems faced by owners and tenants. “RealCube is the most advanced online software for owner associations, effectively guaranteeing a smooth flow of community management operations. It encourages online collaboration among residents through a plethora of advanced tools for helpdesk and facility management, online billing of service charges, tracking visitor details, accounting and payment gateways,” said Naveen Kumar, chief digital transformation officer at Exalogic Consulting.
