Imdaad integrates with Dubai Trade's e-Payment gateway

Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities management (FM) solutions in the GCC, recently entered into an agreement with Dubai Trade, the premier trade facilitation entity, to utilize the trade facilitator’s ‘Rosoom’ online payment gateway. The agreement was signed by Jamal Lootah, CEO of Imdaad, and Eng. Mahmood Al Bastaki, CEO of Dubai Trade, in presence of both parties’ seniors and officials.

Under the terms of agreement, Imdaad’s client base of around 2900 customers may now use Imdaad’s portal powered by Dubai Trade’s e-Payment gateway ‘Rosoom’ to process the company’s payment for services rendered through multiple payment options including major credit cards, direct debit by linking to the online internet banking portals of major banks, and pre-paid instruments such as e-Dirham. Imdaad’s new e-Services portal, on the other hand, enables its customers to make inquiries on work orders and invoices as well as make payments online, thereby eliminating the need of visiting the company’s customer service centres or making a phone call for their transactions. The new partnership reflects the increasing focus of FM company on offering innovative solutions with adoption of the latest technologies.

Jamal Lootah, CEO of Imdaad, said, “Our strategic partnership with Dubai Trade reflects our strong commitment to make our services accessible round-the-clock for our customers. Dubai Trade’s ‘Rosoom’ platform is easy to use and designed to enhance the user’s experience. Our customers will also be able to access information in real time. This one-stop shop aimed at meeting our customers’ expectations and unique requirements to make the payments easier.” “It is our honor to have Imdaad integrated with our secured e-Payment gateway ‘Rosoom’. This unique feature provides flexibility for the bill payers and allows Imdaad to offer the payment options that best suit their customers’ needs which at the end save their time and efforts,” said Mahmood Al Bastaki, CEO of Dubai Trade.
“We are thankful to Imdaad for their trust toward our e-Services which resulted into signing this agreement. We at Dubai Trade have built ‘Rosoom’ payment platform using the state-of-art technologies and is hosted in world-class data center in the UAE, it offers a rich set of back-office functionality including an automated three-way reconciliation module that allows for easy and pro-active exception management,” added Mahmood Al Bastaki.
