Kaizen AMS Won ‘Customer Happiness Award’ at the SBE Awards
 

Kaizen AMS is also a runner up in the prestigious ‘Community Management Company of the Year’ award category for its unique digital initiatives to navigate through the pandemic with continuous engagement with its 22,000 customers through video / online meetings and continued coordination and interaction with its FM and other service providers to ensure a perfectly comfortable and secure community environment.

 

Community Management Company of the Year’ award recognises the most outstanding Community Management Company in the region over the past 12 months. Under this award category, Kaizen AMS competed with Emaar Community management and Jumeirah Golf Estates. Kaizen was also a runner-up in the ‘Adoption of Tech Award-Property’ for successfully adopting a PropTech product or solution within their business.

Kaizen AMS is also an undisputed winner of the eminent ‘Partnership Award - Proptech’ for working alongside its technology partner Socienta in driving the digital transformation at its managed properties as well as across the UAE real estate and tackling the most pressing challenges faced by the sector through technology.
