The long-standing partnership between Socienta, a leading PropTech firm offering a vast range of solutions for real estate, and Kaizen AMS which was unveiled last year at the Smart Build Environment Awards in 2021, has elevated to the next level with a focused approach on service charges collections.

Socienta’s industry-leading expertise in developing one-of-its-kind property technology (PropTech) solutions will streamline the service charge collection process at 100+ managed communities of Kaizen AMS.

Service charge collection has become a topical problem as the vast majority of residents face challenges in making the payment due to a lack of streamlined payment solutions. This adversely impacts the cash flow of the property management firms as well as their ability to take initiatives for the betterment of the community and its residents. 

The Socienta-Kaizen AMS partnership has come as a one-stop solution for the residents in making swift & hassle-free payment of service charges in a few clicks.
