Al Tareq Star Announces UAE Expansion with Launch of Norah Residence in Dubai

Saudi-based real estate developer Al Tareq Star has officially announced its entry into the UAE market with the launch of Norah Residence, its first residential project in Dubai. This strategic move is part of the company’s broader expansion plans across key locations in the UAE.

Unveiled at an industry event attended by investors, real estate professionals, and media, Norah Residence is located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC)—one of Dubai’s fastest-growing residential communities.

The project reflects Al Tareq Star’s commitment to delivering modern, smart-living developments tailored to evolving urban lifestyles, noted a press statement.

Developed in partnership with NAGA Architects, the award-winning architectural firm, the project will feature 183 residential units. These include a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, two-bedroom duplex, and three-bedroom duplex apartments, each designed to meet diverse lifestyle needs.

Located with direct access to major roads such as Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Al Khail Road, and Hessa Street, Norah Residence benefits from strong connectivity to key areas of Dubai. The surrounding neighborhood offers a vibrant mix of retail outlets, cafés, fitness centers, and hospitality landmarks, including the well-known FIVE JVC Hotel.

The development integrates smart home technologies and modern interior design, with resident amenities such as a cinema lounge, café, gym, yoga hall, and children's play area. Units are priced from AED 650,000, with a 40/60 payment plan designed to attract both investors and end-users seeking high-yield real estate opportunities, the statement added.

The project is scheduled for completion and handover by Q2 2027.

Norah bint Tareq bin Ali Al Tamimi, Vice Chairperson of Al Tareq Star, commented on the launch. “At Al Tareq Star, we believe housing should create a complete environment that fosters growth and well-being. Norah Residence reflects our commitment to modern community living and marks an important milestone in our expansion.”

With over 80 years of combined development experience in Saudi Arabia, Al Tareq Star’s entry into Dubai reinforces its position as a regional real estate player blending innovation with cultural depth.

Norah Residence serves as the company’s debut venture in the UAE and a key milestone in its ongoing regional growth strategy.
