Azizi Developments, a private developer in the UAE, has marked the handover of its Creek Views I project, located in Dubai Healthcare City. The event was marked by a ribbon cutting ceremony, attended by the developer’s Founder and Chairman, Mirwais Azizi,  Farhad Azizi, CEO and senior management team along with other stakeholders involved in the project.

Creek Views I comprises a total of 634 units, as well as 33,341 square feet of premium retail space. It has a combination of 396 studios, 218 one-bedroom and 20 two-bedroom homes. Among its features are an all-inclusive health club comprising a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a steam room, and an outdoor yoga space.
